AKA Downton Abbey-the disappointment. After the deluge of hype, Richard persuaded me to see it a the theater. He agrees. Disappointment! "Nice costumes, though" he says. And there was a few good jokes delivered by Magie Smith.
The TV version would have developed each of the several segments into into full episodes, or perhaps multiple episodes, providing depth and believability.
