Cash Payment:  While we may accept cash payments on arrival, you must get prior approval before you use this option.  If you do not notify us of a cancellation at least one-week prior to the event, we will consider your COD payment as an amount owed us. 

Anniversary and Hillside Weekend Guests:  You will receive notification that your registration has been accepted within about 3-7 days.

Anniversary Leather Ball Tickets:  We send you a receipt as soon as possible after your order is confirmed.  All tickets will be available for pick-up at the door. The confirmation receipt should be used to pick up your tickets.  Leather Ball tickets are transferable.  Our Anniversary Weekend guest will receive their Leather Ball tickets in their registration packets at sign-in.

Discount Coupons:  Where a special discount code has been applied to a purchase, the Long Island Ravens may refuse its application to the purchase in any case where we feel it was inappropriately applied or otherwise not used in a manner intended.  We will refund the purchase price.

Group Discount Rates:  Where the Long Island Ravens has elected to make available a "group discount," this discount applies to a recognizable single group, and the purchase is to be made at one time with a single payment.  Management of fund collection and distribution of tickets is the responsibility of the group.

Anniversary Hotel Reservations:  All hotel reservations for our Anniversary Weekend are to be made directly with the hotel.  We are no longer booking the hotel accommodations.  Payment and cancellations are through the hotel according to their policies.  More information on hotel accommodations.

Hillside Campground Reservations:  While you do not need to make prior reservations with the Hillside Campground if you are registered with us for the Hillside Weekend, all Hillside Campground fees are made directly to the campground on your check-in.  Unless you are on the Ravens' "Site 60" registration list, you will not be checked into Site 60 by the campground staff.  More information on Hillside Campground fees.

Cancellations & Refunds:  We are unable to refund unused Anniversary Leather Ball tickets.  We will attempt to refund cancellations by our Anniversary Weekend and Hillside Weekend guests.  Full refund will be granted, upon request, if made 1 week prior to the event.  After that, upon request, prorated refunds will be made after deducting our fixed expenses.
